Well today is June 1st!
I have gone 14 days without cheating on my "lifestyle change" (again kinda rolls eyes) and I have 8 more to go before Brian (the boyfriend) and I leave for Orlando! Which I am super excited about. Its been 2 years since our last vacation so this is going to be awesome!
Note: I'm kinda a closet nerd. We're going to Hollywood Studios for the last day of Star Wars weekend were you see millions of people dressed up and just other cool stuff. And then were going to Universal specifically to go to Harry Potter!!! So excited!!! Since we're going to all of that I have decided to not cheat until the trip and just have two cheat days back to back! :)

As of today my weight is 178.4! Which means since I've started Thrive! I have lost a total of 8.6lbs!
Mini goal is to lose 10 before the trip. Which I believe is very possible!

This is dinner I made a few nights ago.
Grilled chicken breast with whole grilled onion "rings" spinach, and artichoke hearts!

This is Pollo Tropical!
They just put one in GA. They are based in FL.
I got 8 grilled jerk wings, broccoli and carrots, and balsamic tomatoes!
On the other side is a Tropichop! A bowl of brown rice, black beans, corn, grilled onions and your choice of grilled chicken or roasted pork! If I get that I always get a small and never finish it.
I love this place... healthy and I can pretty much eat everything here.

Breakfast I made one night for dinner.
French toast (Double Fiber Bread) strawberries, chicken sausage with apples, egg whites with cheese, and homemade biscuits with turkey bacon and cheese. :)
All approved! And I didn't finish the toast or the biscuits!
This is a pizza I made with the approved tortilla wrap, little tomatoes sauce, cheese, and turkey pepperonis.

So as you can see there really isn't alot I can't have. I watch my portions and make sure its just the right carb with the right protein.
